Here's what you'll need to prepare a strong tourist or visitor visa application.
Required Documents
- Valid passport — information page must be valid for at least 6 months
- Invitation letter
- Proof of country ties — assets, marriage certificate, birth certificate, family ties, business, etc.

Proof of means of financial support
- At least 10,000 CAD on the bank account of the applicant or the sponsor
- This amount is for one person — add 5,000 CAD per accompanying family member
- Digital photo

- Bank statement — RWF 15 million and above
- Proof of relationship
- Sponsorship letter
- ID or passport
